1. All teams will be accommodated in the hotel in Olympic Sport Center “Raubichy” in double rooms. Eating for all teams will be in café in hotel complex. The Olympic Sport Center “Raubichy” is placed in 18 km from Minsk-city.

 

2. The tournament matches will be played in Sport Hall in the Minsk-city-center. 12 teams will participate in the tournament. The regulations of tournament - 4 groups with 3 teams. First place go without play-off game to 1/2 final.

All transfers and guide escorting will be organized for all teams every day.

 

"Master of Travel" - escorting & accommodation agent of Belarus Federation of Futsal for this tournament will organize all services.

 

For participation in this tournament in accordance with UEFS rules every team pays for every players or delegation members 25 euro with accommodation in double room and 35 euro - in single room. Payment must be made till 30.04.2010 by bank transfer in accordance with the invoice from “Master of travel”. Please, let us know the quantity of delegation members.

 

For trip to Belarus You need to receive Belarussian visa in Belarussian Embassy in your country (www.belembassy.org) and to pay obligatory Belarussian Insurance ( 5 euro) – the insurance costs will be included in the invoice. In order to receive visa You need the invitation. For this invitation You must send all passport dates of all delegation members to “Master of travel” e-mail: incoming(at)1-mt.com. This invitation will be send to You and to Belarussian Embassy in your country.

 

In free time for all teams will be proposed different excursions for extra charge.
